Great location: five minutes from subway exit, amazing...

Great location: five minutes from subway exit, amazing hiking trail nearby, GS25 ten steps from building entrance, Lotte Super not that far away. All the rooms in the building are for single guests, so no loud talks in the hallways, no disturbing sounds from neighbouring rooms. Nice administrator, although we couldn't understand each other (: Wi-fi works fine. Overall: it's a great place.

Administrator doesn't speak English at all. Would be nice if there were some foreign channels on TV.

Walls were thin and you could hear noise from other rooms (nothing serious that a set of ear plugs cannot fix, which should really be default gear if you want to stay in cheap accomodations!)

역에서 5~10분 정도 걸려서 가깝습니다. 숙소가 높이 있어서 석양이 지는 것을 볼 수 있습니다. 숙소는 조용한 편이고 마주치는 사람들도 적은 편이여서 혼자 쓰시고 싶은 분에게 추천드립니다.

역에서 거리는 가깝지만 올라가는 길이여서 가는 길이 다소 힘들 수 있습니다. 창문이 큰데 반대편 아파트가 보여서 약간 창문을 열어 놓고 있기 뻘줌합니다. 방과 화장실이 좁은 편이여서 잠만 자는 분께 추천드립니다.

지하철에서 숙소까지 오르막이어서 좀 힘들었지만, 총무님께서 정말 친절하셨습니다. 처음에 배정받은 방에 문제가 좀 있었으나 바로 방을 바꿔주시고 필요한 물품들도 즉각 채워주셔서 편하게 잘 지냈습니다. 총무님의 친절 점수는 100점 만점에 100점입니다.

이불과 베개에서 냄새가 좀 났으나 교환을 요청하여 바로 교체하였습니다.

우선 저렴한 가격에 1인실로 게다가 화장실과 샤워시설까지 혼자 사용할 수 있어서 굉장히 만족했습니다. 여자 혼자이기 때문에 안전을 굉장히 걱정했는데 고시원처럼 혼자 사용할 수 있고 비밀번호도 따로 지정할 수 있어서 좋았어요.

지도상에는 사당역부터 숙소까지 언덕길이라는 표시가 없었기 때문에 걸어서 올라가는 입장에서 처음에 굉장히 당황했습니다. 그치만 익숙해지니 별 문제가 아니였습니다.

관리해주시는 분도 친절하시고 시설도 깔끔하고 보일러도 따뜻하게 잘 틀어주셔서 잘 있다 왔어요 건물 바로 옆에 편의점도 있고, 사당역, 버스 정류장과도 가까운 거리라 교통도 편리합니다 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족스러워서 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶어요!

수건을 매일 새로 지급해주시면 더 좋을텐데, 세탁해서 써야 하는 점이 조~금 불편했어요 그래도 세탁실이 있으니 괜찮았습니다 그리고 사당역에서 도보로 5-7분 정도 걸리는 거리라 교통이 편리한 건 좋은데, 언덕에 있다 보니 무거운 캐리어를 끌고 왔다 갔다 하기에 조금 힘들었어요 그리고 주택가이다 보니 밤 늦게는 인적이 드물어서 여자 혼자 언덕을 올라가기에 조금 무섭긴했어요 그래도 전반적으로 가격 대비 매우 매우 만족스러웠습니다 :)

Good alternative to hostel - small, but private room.

It has everything necessary for a solo traveler - bathroom, towels, shampoo, drying rod. Washing machine is available. Good view from window. Decent air conditioning. Convenient access to the facility.

The owner's English is not very good, but he does his best to help you.

It was perfect for my purpose, and the check in check out procedure was simple and quick.

The staff is very kind and can speak English. The accommodation is localized near to the bus stops, the subway, a supermarket and a cheap little shop.

I always hit my leg to the table of the desk, which was above the bed. The fridge was uncontrollabable; it was freezed down on lower power as well as higher.

Hotel with clean super-tiny rooms close to the station but in a quit neighborhood

The apartment is hard to locate as there is no signboard on the building. However, once you find it, the owner welcomes you warmly and shows you the facilities. The room that I got was super tiny but clean. To compare, it's more like the size of a first class cabin of an airline - compact and simple. For me it was enough, as I was mostly busy with office work and spent less time at the hotel. The location is very central but the neighborhood is calm. I enjoyed the markets near the Sadang station and also the fact that there is a direct bus (Airport Limousine - thats what they call it but its actually just a semi-luxury shuttle) from the airport to the Sadang station. It made my travel so convenient. I recommend the place if you want to spend less time in the room and more outside.

Nothing as such. I expected the room to be little big, but it was super tiny. Moreover, I booked a room with a balcony. But what I got was a room with a window. I could see the balcony, but its locked permanently and there is no way I could use it. Little disappointing.
